A little while ago I was in Walmart with my three boys. I rarely take all three of them out in public by myself, but this time it had to be done. While we were in Walmart I was approached by a young man wearing a baseball hat and a lip ring. He asked me, "Are these kids all yours?" I said, "Yes." He said, "They're really cute. Have you ever considered getting them into modelling?" Okay buster, I've heard of this scheme before. He proceeded to tell me how he worked for a talent agency and I could just call them and set up an interview and my kids could be in anything from ads, to commercials, to movies. I gave him a "thanks, but no thanks" and proceeded on my way. When I got home I looked up the name of the company he said he worked for and found out that they pull this alot. Approach moms in Walmarts and malls and get them to bring their kids in for "acting classes", which cost a lot. Then after they take these classes they're supposed to be ready to go out there and model their little hearts out. Well, I think my kids are cute enough without taking classes. They could even advertise for things like:
Gap
Plastic Golf Clubs
Apples

I don't need lip ring dude to tell me my boys are cute!
