Lessons to learn

Kevin has hopefully (but probably not likely) learned a new lesson. Don't try to headbutt your brothers. He went to smack his head into Jonathan's, and ended up connecting his cheek into Jonathan's forehead. Jonathan was just fine, but Kevin now has an ugly, purple bruise on his right cheek bone. That'll learn 'im. (Although he probably won't actually learn anything from it.)

April, you are hilarious! There are many times my children do completely idiotic things, like hit each other, climb on things I have told them a million and one times not to, etc, etc, etc, and I'm so glad I'm not the only one thinking, "Well, maybe you'll learn not to do that again," rather than run over all hugs and oh no! What happened?

Well, they do get hugs and kisses, but I end it with, "Well, now you know not to do that again." I am truly a compassionate person.
