This little boy is seven years old now! He is such a great helper around the house and is doing great in school. We're so lucky to have him. He has a talent show in school next week and he was trying to decide what talent he could do:
"I know what one of my talents is, doing projects!"
"I know what one of my talents is, doing projects!"
"We could take a video of me riding my scooter!"
"I could do a dance! But I think I would be scared to dance in front of the whole school."
He finally settled on playing one of the new piano songs he's been learning.
Troy crawled into my bed early one morning and said the following:
"I put fruit snacks in my bed. They made my bed sticky. I pulled them off of my bed, but Jonathan put his fruit snacks on the helicopter. And that's the story of me. The End!"
He's such a little sweet heart.
Jonathan has become quite the expert on computer games. In fact, sometimes he turns himself into a computer character. When I told him that we were having soup for dinner he said:
"Look up on my head. See! It's an 'X' because I don't want soup. See the arrow up here? It's pointing to cheese. I want cheese for dinner."
When he bats his big blue eyes it's hard to turn him down, even if he is comparing himself to a computer character.
And all three boys are super excited to be getting a new baby sister in a few months. They've all told me about the fun things that they're going to teach the baby. They keep asking how big the baby is now. Kevin said that he's been waiting for a little sister forever! And Jonathan is glad it's a sister because he "only likes girls." It's definitely a fun time for all.
