A clockwork orange

So I have some quirky little habits, just like everyone else right? One of them is the way I peel an orange. Steve makes fun of me incessantly for that. I am completely incapable of peeling an orange without the orange peeler I got from pampered chef. Steve always tells me, "Some girls would starve..." So after I get the orange and the peeler, I peel the skin into quarters, then I peel a little circle at the bottom where the stem thing is, then I can get the skin off. After the skin is off I take the opposite end of the peeler and separate the entire orange into wedges before I ever eat anything. Needless to say, it takes me a really long time to do something as simple as eating an orange. Except those little clementine oranges, they are so fantastic!
Another little quirky thing I do is the way I eat bread. Now, you have to understand first of all that I am a huge bread fan. Bread, rolls, pretty much anything from a bakery is awesome. But I have never liked butter on my bread. I eat it plain, but first I break it into little pieces and mush them into a ball. Not such a huge deal I guess but now that's the way that Kevin eats his bread too. When he's in a sharing mood he'll mush the bread into a ball and then give it to me or his brothers. What a nice and caring child! I'm glad that I can pass on my quirky habits to the next generation.

Adam peels his oranges strangely, and always with a Pampered Chef orange peeler, so your post made me smile. It is also cute to see the little ways that Kevin takes after you!

Yeah, and the twins pace when they're pretending to talk on the phone, too. The habits I pass on...
